Our philosophy has been always the same, to highlight our main features: Sustainability with acquired ECO-certifications and accesibility.
Our engagement for the environment
We had special care with the design and construction of environmentally sustainable buildings. Almost all the installations on the estate have been re-built using previously existing buildings, in accordance with mínimum environmental impact and máximum energetic efficiency requirements.
Clean energy. 100 % Renewable energy Certificate
Our energy is considered to be environmentally clean which means typically non-polluting.We have 2 different boiler rooms using olive kernels and wood pellets as a biomass fuel.
Biomass is a renewable energy source and in our case, by using olive kernels and wood pellets that, when burned, the chemical energy in biomass is released as heat.It is a renewable fuel with zero net contribution to the greenhouse effect.
Máximum electrical efficiency
All the household electrical appliances are labelled with class A or superior and of course, we use energy-efficient lights in the whole property, apartments, common spaces and outdoor lights.
Recycling and Waste
There are 4 different recycling bins provided at the entrance of the hotel .Moreover, each apartment features different recycler baskets to make recycling as easy as possible.
Water is important
We feature a water recovery system that dispose rainwater from roofs and paved areas into a soakaway for re-use within the building , to irrigate for example green areas and the vegetable garden.
We also have a water-separation system which ensures that only water which has passed through a complete biological depuration process is, once free of contaminents, returned to the river.
Water purification with reverse osmosis
We dispose modern technology to purify the water, subjecting it to a complex procedure which ends with a reverse osmosis process, obtaining high quaility water of máximum health standard.
Sustainable architecture
Since the beginning our aim was to minimize the negative environmental impact of buildings by efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, like termal clay, energy, and development space and the ecosystem at large.

Due to our sustainable practices we have been awared with the Platinum Level Nivel (highest recognition) in the Tripadvisor Greeleaders program.
Responsible Rural Company
We always try to contribute in rural and community development working. This includes a commitment to help the small producers of the region, (event organizing joint activities), along with active tourism, cultural and restaurant organizations.
Slow food and seasonable products are also provided.
